Alpine A390 Electric Fastback Priced from £61,390 as UK Orders Open in 2026
SME News UK. Alpine has confirmed UK pricing and specifications for the all-new A390 electric fastback, with prices starting from £61,390 on-the-road and order books opening in early 2026. First customer deliveries are expected from spring 2026.
The Alpine A390 is the brand’s second fully electric model, following the award-winning A290, and marks a significant expansion of Alpine’s “Dream Garage” into the premium electric performance segment. Combining sports car agility with five-seat practicality, the A390 introduces Alpine’s unmistakable driving DNA to a new fastback format.
Three Versions Available from Launch
The Alpine A390 will be offered in three variants at launch:
- A390 GT – from £61,390
- A390 Premiere Edition – from £65,390 (limited to 390 units)
- A390 GTS – from £69,390
All models are built on Alpine’s new optimised electric architecture and feature all-wheel drive with Alpine’s bespoke Active Torque Vectoring system.
Performance and Powertrain
The A390 range is powered by a high-performance 89kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering both strong performance and competitive driving range.
| Model | Power | Torque | 0–62mph | WLTP Range | Top Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A390 GT / Premiere Edition | 400PS | 661Nm | 4.8s | up to 345 miles | 124mph |
| A390 GTS | 470PS | 824Nm | 3.9s | up to 312 miles | 136mph |
Thanks to its dual rear motors and precise torque control, Alpine says the A390 has been benchmarked dynamically against the lighter A110 to preserve the brand’s renowned handling and driver engagement.
Charging and Range
The A390 supports DC rapid charging up to 190kW, enabling a 15–80% charge in approximately 25 minutes. An 11kW AC bidirectional charger is fitted as standard, while a 22kW AC charger is optional and standard on the Premiere Edition.
The vehicle also supports V2G and V2L functionality, future-proofing it for energy sharing and home integration.
